DEPOSIT POLICY (50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION TERMS

  • Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment:

    Full refund or credit toward a future appointment

  • Cancel within 24 hours or No-show:

    Deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable

CLASSPASS POLICY

Please note that ClassPass credits can be used one time for this service.

For future appointments, you are welcome to book directly with GLOWY & BEYOND.

As a thank-you, you will receive 15% off all services on your second visit when booking directly.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the programs, services, or activities provided by GLOWY & BEYOND. I understand that participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, equipment or property damage, and other unforeseeable hazards.

I acknowledge and accept all such risks and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless GLOWY & BEYOND, its employees, agents, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise in connection with my participation

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations for programs and services offered by GLOWY & BEYOND are subject to the following cancellation terms:

NO-SHOW POLICY

If a customer fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the service will be considered used, and no refund will be issued. For customers with packages or multi-session programs, a no-show will result in the session being deducted, with no refund or compensation provided. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future reservations. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 hours before the scheduled date will not receive a refund. If a program is canceled due to circumstances on the part of the company, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. All cancellation requests will be processed based on the time they are received via email or our official contact channels.

PURCHASE POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all programs, services, and products offered by GLOWY & BEYOND. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participation in our programs and services is limited to individuals who meet the stated requirements for each program. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. PAYMENT AND PURCHASE

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed purchases are not affected. Refunds are handled according to the Company’s Cancellation Policy.

4. PARTICIPATION AND CONDUCT

Participants must follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and rules set by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants who do not comply with the rules.

5. LIABILITY AND WAIVER

By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks involved. You release GLOWY & BEYOND, its employees, agents, and partners from any liability related to your participation, except where prohibited by law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and resources provided by GLOWY & BEYOND are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. PRIVACY

The Company collects and manages personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

8. MODIFICATIONS

GLOWY & BEYOND reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s official channels.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GLOWY & BEYOND operates.

RETURN / REFUND

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds are available only for programs, services, or products purchased directly from GLOWY & BEYOND and are subject to the Company’s Cancellation Policy.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following products and services are non-refundable:

Digital content

Special promotional items

Completed programs

Cosmetic products

COSMETIC PRODUCTS:

Opened products are not eligible for a refund.

Unopened products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

If a program, service, or product is canceled due to company circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or, where applicable, may choose to reschedule.

7. EXCEPTIONS

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by GLOWY & BEYOND management and documented in writing.
